Yoga Naga is Master Zi's trademarked series of 84 postures which focuses on bringing awareness to the body's physiological morphisms and connecting the practitioner to the Quantum self, energetic body. Segmented in three sets of 28 asanas , yoga naga was developed to deepen our understanding of the mechanics of body movement and energy flow.

Yoga Naga taught me how to release toxin from my body and changed my body in a significant way. Most importantly, I learned how to incorporate deep awareness in my life.
